Me and my 15 year old daughter stayed here in October 2024. It's a wonderfully homely B&B with 2 friendly hosts - Mike and Mary. Rooms are lovely and warm, clean and well stocked. Breakfast is delightful - loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to revisit.

Very nice location, the main house and garden are lovely. Owners are highly competent and engaging. Dropped a star on rooms as fridge woke us all up but this happens sometimes in hotels too so it's not a big deal. Nearest restaurant is in walking distance for evening meals.

In our opinion, this is definitely recommended for anyone who is looking for something different than the standard rooms of the major hotel chains. Here you will experience the charm of the English countryside with its beautifully classically furnished English (very spacious) room. If the weather is nice, be sure to take a walk through the beautiful garden. Restaurant within walking distance. What makes this bed and breakfast especially unique is the hospitality of owner Mike. Who took the time for a chat, gave valuable tips and made us feel very welcome. We would like to thank Mike for the unique experience and we highly recommend Lower Serveralls Farmhouse to anyone looking for a welcoming and unique stay.

Absolutely lovely place to stay with lovely people too! Nice cooked breakfast which we sat and ate in the conservatory overlooking the herb garden and koi carp. 10/10 will definitely go back if in the area again Only negative I can say was the shower head was a bit more like a tap than a spray, but I really am splitting hairs here. Thanks for your hospitality guys

Amazing place to stay. They've got good food, a nice garden, and sweet owners that are happy to just chat. Fresh flowers were in the room and the beds were always made when we returned. Everything was very clean, one downside would be the spiders but they are definitely not bad, and it is a farmhouse so it's to be expected. The towels are a bit hard, but they get the job done. I slept like a baby and was very comfortable the entire time, definitely would recommend!
